Dutch Roll



Ingredients
1 package puff pastry
ham
tomato
canned cucumber
cheese
mustard
egg
ground black pepper
oregano
marjoram
basil

Roll out the dough and spread with mustard. Grate the cheese, then cut the tomato, ham, and cucumber into small cubes. Place the filling in a strip down the center of the dough: first the cheese, then the rest of the ingredients, and then the cheese again.

Sprinkle with pepper and a few herbs. Roll up and carefully transfer to a baking sheet. Brush the rolls with a raw egg for a golden color and sprinkle generously with herbs for flavor. Bake until done.
