Once upon a time, there lived a Princess. When she was little, the Princess was told fairy tales like all children's. Her favorite story was the fairy tale of the enchanted frog. But she was a princess too intelligent to believe in fairy tales. And she lived in Fairytale Land, after all...
One day, as the Princess was walking in the garden, something squawked under her feet. She looked down. What was sitting on the grass before her looked like a frog, sounded like a frog, and was undoubtedly a frog. A particularly ugly frog. The uglier the frog, the more beautiful the prince, the Princess thought, contrary to all logic. No, a frog isn't a prince after all. This is life, not a fairytale. The frog stared stubbornly at the Princess, clearly expecting something. Could it be? No... Or could it be? The Princess hesitated, then bent down and picked up the frog. The frog was slimy and disgusted the Princess. Nevertheless, she slowly lifted it to her face and looked deeply into its bulging, froglike eyes. She searched for something human, something princely in those eyes. She stared at this hideous creature, trying to love it. After all, she had to love her future prince. It wasn't easy. Finally, the Princess thought she saw a glint in the frog's eyes. It was now or never, she thought. Slowly, very slowly, she brought the frog closer to her face. She looked into its froglike eyes once more. She took a deep breath, and then... placed her first kiss on the frog's lips.
It happened in the blink of an eye. The frog vanished. In its place was an exceptionally handsome young man. The prince. While the Princess had had to work hard to feel anything positive about the frog, she loved the prince immediately. She gazed at him with unfeigned admiration. She was inexpressibly happy. It seemed obvious to her that since the frog, just like in the fairy tale, turned out to be a prince, then everything would continue as it did in the fairy tale. Fairy tales always have happy endings. The prince would now take her in his arms. Kiss her. Then take her to his magnificent castle. After all, since she had broken the spell, they were destined for each other. He probably already loved her as much as she loved him. He probably dreams of being with her. And they would live happily ever after.
The heavenly prince brushed a lock of his shining golden hair from his forehead. He smiled seductively.
"And now," he said, "I'm going to find a BEAUTIFUL princess. Ciao."
