Ingredients

250 g unleavened puff pastry

1 egg

3 tbsp ketchup

4 sausages

150 g cheese

1 handful canned green peas

4 mushrooms

3 cloves garlic

Roll out the dough with a rolling pin, dust with flour, and fold in half. Use a knife to cut out half a heart shape. Unfold.

Place the dough heart on a baking sheet, making small edges. Spread ketchup first, squeeze out the garlic, then arrange the sliced sausages, mushrooms, and green peas, and sprinkle with half the cheese. Brush the edges of the pizza with beaten egg. Bake in a preheated oven at 180-200 degrees Celsius for 15-20 minutes.

Remove the finished pizza and sprinkle with chopped herbs and the remaining cheese. Season lightly with salt and pepper. Return to the oven until the cheese is melted.
