Cottage Cheese and Pumpkin Casserole



Ingredients
Pumpkin 500 g
Eggs 2
Cottage Cheese 150 g
Sugar 6 tbsp
Raisins 50 g
Semolina 3 tbsp
Butter

Peel the pumpkin, cut it into large pieces, and bake in the oven at 180 degrees Celsius (350 degrees Fahrenheit). Bake for 40-45 minutes. Then cool and puree.

Add half the sugar, half the semolina, and one egg to the puree. Mix everything together. Add the remaining semolina, sugar, and egg to the cottage cheese. Add the washed and dried raisins and mix everything together.

Grease a baking dish with butter and place the pumpkin mixture in first, then the cottage cheese mixture on top. Alternate layers until all the mixture is used up.

Bake the casserole for 50 minutes at 180°C.
