Baked Omelette with Tomatoes and Ham



Ingredients
4 eggs
200 ml milk
200 g tomato
200 g ham
1 onion
Salt
Pepper
1 tsp flour
Vegetable oil

Chop the onion. Cut the ham into strips and the tomatoes into small cubes. Fry the onion until golden brown, add the ham, and fry lightly.

Place the ham and onion in the bottom of a baking dish. Then layer the tomatoes on top.

Whisk the eggs, add flour, salt, and black pepper. Add the milk and mix well.

Pour the mixture over the ham and tomatoes. Bake for 20-25 minutes at medium heat. Done!
