Cheeseburgers



Ingredients
3 round buns
150 g ground beef
1 tbsp mustard
0.5 onion
1 tbsp mayonnaise
2 tbsp sunflower oil
1 tomato
3 lettuce leaves
0.5 red onion
1 pinch khmeli-suneli seasoning
50 g Gouda cheese
1 egg
Salt

Chop the onion into small cubes. Combine the ground beef, onion, egg, salt, and khmeli-suneli in a bowl. Mix thoroughly. Place flat patties the same diameter as the buns on plastic wrap.

 Cover with plastic wrap and place in the freezer to help the patties retain their shape while frying. Cut the bun in half lengthwise. Mix mayonnaise and mustard.

Fry the cut sides of the buns in a frying pan with vegetable oil until golden brown. Cool the buns. Spread the prepared sauce on the cut sides.

Slice the tomato into rounds. Place the patties from the freezer (just setting) in a preheated frying pan with vegetable oil.

Fry the patties for 5-7 minutes on one side, flip, cover, and continue frying for another 5-7 minutes on the other side.

Rinse and dry the lettuce leaves with a paper towel and arrange them on the bottoms of the buns.

Place the patty on top of the lettuce. Top with a slice of cheese. Top with a slice of tomato and a ring of red onion. Cover with the top half of the bun, and your cheeseburger is ready.
