Ingredients
Cheese 500 g
Ham 100 g
Eggs 3
Champignons 300 g
Parsley 3 tsp
Mayonnaise 4 tbsp
Pepper
Salt
Paprika
Vegetable Oil 1 tsp
Wash the mushrooms, peel, and cut into pieces. Then fry them in butter.
Hard-boil the eggs and cut them into piles along with the ham. Combine the prepared ingredients, add parsley and mayonnaise, season to taste, and mix well.
Soak a whole block of cheese in hot water for 20 minutes. Then remove it while still warm and roll it out into a thin layer (about 5 mm thick).
Spread the prepared minced meat over the rolled cheese and roll it tightly.
Wrap the prepared roll in aluminum foil and refrigerate for 2 hours.
After this time, remove the roll and cut into slices, serving as an appetizer.
