Ingredients
Flour 1.5 cups
Sugar 1 cup
Eggs 2
Butter 2 tbsp
Sour cream 1 cup
Baking soda 1 tsp
For the filling:
Apples 6
Shortbread cookies 100 g
Chocolate 100 g
Cinnamon 1/2 tsp
Milk 5 tbsp
First, core the apples with a small knife and trim the bottoms a little. Then line a baking pan with parchment paper and grease the sides with butter. Place the apples in the pan.
Crush the cookies. Melt the chocolate in a double boiler (4-5 tablespoons of milk). Mix everything together and add the cinnamon. Fill the wells in each apple with this mixture. Beat the sugar, eggs, and melted butter with a mixer. Mix the sour cream with the baking soda and pour it into the egg-sugar mixture. Add the sifted flour and mix well.
Pour the batter over the apples and bake at 180°C for approximately 60-80 minutes. Check the center of the pie with a toothpick or dry knife. Once the pie has cooled, dust it with powdered sugar if desired.
