Flour 400 g
Butter 200 g
Sugar 250 g
Eggs 3
Cinnamon 25 g
For the filling:
Jam 150 g
Icing sugar 50 g
Nuts 150 g
Make sure to sift the flour through a sieve and whisk the egg yolks. Make a well in the center of the flour and pour in the beaten yolks, add granulated sugar, softened butter or margarine, and a pinch of salt. Mix thoroughly and add ground cinnamon. Quickly knead the dough and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
Then remove the dough from the refrigerator and cut into small flat cakes. Make a well in each flat cake, using the bottom of a small glass as an example, and sprinkle with chopped nuts.
Spread thick jam over the cookie dough. Bake in an oven preheated to 220°C (425°F) for about 15-20 minutes. Allow the cookies to cool on the baking sheet or they will break. Dust with powdered sugar.
