Ingredients
Butter 250 g
Sugar 170 g
Vanilla 1 pinch
Eggs 4
Raisins 70 g
Walnuts
Salt 1 pinch
Cinnamon 1 tsp
Baking powder 3 tsp
Cocoa powder 1 tbsp
Red wine 125 ml
Chocolate 50 g
Flour 220 g
Whisk the slightly melted butter with the sugar until pale. Add the eggs and beat. Gradually add the flour and dry ingredients, constantly mixing.
Soak the raisins in boiling water for 15 minutes. Then drain and roll the raisins in flour. Add the raisins to the dough and mix well. Add the nuts. Mix.
Melt the chocolate and stir it into the batter. Pour 125 ml of wine into the batter. Mix well again, pour it into a greased pan, and bake in an oven preheated to 180°C.
Bake the pie for 45-55 minutes. Check for doneness with a wooden skewer. Let the pie cool in the pan for 1 hour.
