Ingredients
2 daikon radishes
1 cucumber
1 bell pepper
20 shrimp
1 bunch dill
2 tbsp sour cream
1 tsp mustard
Salt to taste
Peel the daikon radishes and cut them into large cubes. Place them in boiling water for 3 minutes. Make an indentation in each mold.
Boil the shrimp, peel, and finely chop. Set aside 6 for garnish.
Chop the daikon radishes, red pepper, and cucumber, mix with the shrimp, and add chopped dill. Mix sour cream and mustard and dress the salad. Season with salt to taste.
Fill the daikon radishes with the salad and garnish with shrimp and pepper slices.
