Orange Scones



Ingredients
Whole wheat flour 140 g
Flour 140 g
Walnuts 0.5 cups
Dark chocolate 100 g
Orange juice 140 g
Orange zest
Egg 1
Olive oil 60 ml
Brown sugar 2 tbsp
Baking powder
Salt 1 pinch

Preheat oven to 200°C. Break the chocolate (preferably frozen) into pieces. Mix the flour, salt, sugar, zest, and baking powder.

Add the chocolate chips and 2/3 of the nuts to the flour mixture. Lightly beat the egg, then pour in the orange juice and olive oil.

Gradually add the liquid mixture to the dry mixture and knead the dough. Form 2 round cakes. Cut each into 8 rectangular wedges, like a pizza. Sprinkle with the remaining nuts and bake for 12-15 minutes.
