Flour 240 g
Butter 200 g
Sugar 100 g
Tangerines 4
Starch 2 tbsp
Put the softened butter at room temperature, powdered sugar, tangerine zest, and the juice of two tangerines into a bowl. Beat everything thoroughly until creamy.
Add the flour and starch. Sift them into a bowl and mix into a dough. It's best to use a blender or mixer here too. Don't be lazy; whisk thoroughly.
Use a piping bag or syringe with a star-shaped nozzle. Use them to squeeze the dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Keep at least a centimeter of space between the cookies. Now place the baking sheet in the oven preheated to 180°C for 15 minutes. Then, remove the finished cookies from the baking sheet and let them cool.
