Ingredients
1.5 cups kefir
1 egg
3 tbsp sugar
2 tbsp vegetable oil
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp baking soda
2.5 cups flour
1 packet vanilla sugar
Knead the dough until soft, but don't let it stick to your hands (if it does, add more flour). Cover and let rest for 20 minutes.
Then dust the counter with flour, divide the dough into 2 pieces, and roll each piece into a rectangular shape no thinner than 1 cm.
Cut the pieces into small rectangles, cut a hole in the middle, and turn the taratushki inside out through the hole, like brushwood.
Fry on both sides in a frying pan with a generous layer of heated vegetable oil. Use enough oil, but not too much; add a little oil if necessary.
