Jellied Apple Pie



Ingredients
5 apples
180 g butter
180 g sugar
1.5 tsp vanilla sugar
3 eggs
1.5 tsp baking powder
7 tbsp milk
Honey to taste
Icing sugar
Chocolate
Nuts
Dried apricots
Raisins
180 g flour

Remove the cores from the apples, but don't cut all the way through, rather form a "cup." Fill each apple with nuts, raisins, dried apricots, or other goodies.

For the dough, beat the softened butter with the sugar and vanilla sugar. Continue beating, then add the eggs, milk, and sifted flour with baking powder, one at a time, until smooth.

 Line the bottom of a springform pan with parchment paper, pour in the batter, and place the stuffed apples inside.

Place the pan in the oven at 180°C and bake for 40-50 minutes, or until done (check with a wooden skewer—it should come out clean).

When the pie is done, let it cool slightly and fill the apple cores with honey or your favorite jam. Sprinkle the top with powdered sugar and chocolate chips.
