Ingredients
Broccoli 700g
Chicken (thigh) 6 pcs
Mushrooms 200g
Cheese 100g
Garlic 3 cloves
Lavash 6 pcs
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
Separate the broccoli into small florets. Boil in salted water until softly crisp, 3-4 minutes per batch.
Slice the mushrooms. Fry in vegetable oil, stirring occasionally, until tender, about 4-5 minutes.
Season the chicken with salt and pepper and fry over medium heat until cooked through, 3-4 minutes per side. Let cool slightly, then cut into small pieces.
In a bowl, combine the broccoli, chicken, mushrooms, and grated cheese. Add finely chopped garlic and salt to taste.
Spread the mixture on the lavash and wrap it.
Place in a baking dish and bake in an oven preheated to 200°C. Bake until the wrappers are heated through and the lavash is golden and crispy. Serve immediately.
