Chocolate Sprinkle Cookies



Ingredients
Flour 300 g
Butter 250 g
Sugar 100 g
Salt 1/4 tsp
Dark Chocolate 100 g
Condensed Milk 1 can
Walnuts 1/2 cup
Chocolate Drops 3 tbsp

Mix the flour with sugar and salt, then add the butter, cut into large pieces. Chop the butter with a knife. Then, using your fingers, rub the large pieces together to form smooth crumbs.

Line a baking pan with parchment paper. Pour 2/3 of the crumbs into the pan. Smooth them out and press them with your fingers. Store the remaining crumbs in a cool place. Preheat the oven to 180°C.

Chop the chocolate. Place the chocolate and condensed milk over high heat and cook until the chocolate melts and a smooth chocolate mixture forms. Cool slightly.

Bake the cake for 12 minutes, until the edges are light brown. Spread the chocolate mixture over the cake. Finely chop the nuts and mix with the remaining crumbs and chocolate chips. Sprinkle the cake with the crumbs.

Bake for 30 minutes at 180°C. Cool and cut into squares.
