1 zucchini
2 tomatoes
1 carrot
130 g cheese
Garlic
Mayonnaise
Herbs
Cut the zucchini into rings, season with salt, and let sit for 10 minutes. Cut the tomatoes into rings. Drain the zucchini and roll them in the cheese.
Fry on both sides until golden brown. Finely grate the carrots. Finely grate the cheese.
Mix the cheese and carrots, squeeze out the garlic, and mix with the mayonnaise. Arrange the fried zucchini on a platter. Top with the tomato and cheese-carrot salad. Garnish with herbs.
