Ingredients
Butter 250g
Dark chocolate 150g
Sugar 2 tbsp
Water 1 cup
Whiskey 1/3 cup
Instant coffee 1 tsp
Flour 3/4 cup
Baking powder 1/4 tsp
Cocoa powder 1/4 cup
Eggs 2
Preheat oven to 160°C. Place a small saucepan over low heat and combine the butter, chocolate, sugar, coffee, and whiskey.
Stir the ingredients until they form a fragrant, chocolate-like mixture.
In a separate bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, cocoa, and eggs. Pour the chocolate mixture into this bowl and whisk quickly. Pay attention to the eggs; if you don't stir the mixture immediately, they'll cook and it'll be over.
Pour the mixture into the pan and bake in the oven for 1 hour.
