Cottage Cheese 650 g
Vegetable Oil 4 tbsp

Baking Powder 10 g
Tangerine 500 g

Sour Cream 150 g
Make the curd dough. Beat 1 egg with 10 g of sugar, add vegetable oil and 150 g of cottage cheese, and mix well with a mixer. Then add sifted flour with 5 g of baking powder and knead the dough.
Place the dough in a 26 cm baking pan lined with foil. Form the sides and refrigerate while you prepare the filling.
Peel the tangerines. Separate the tangerines into segments and cut into pieces. Set aside a couple of tangerines for garnish.
Whisk 3 eggs with a mixer, add 100 g of sugar, and beat well again. Then add 1 teaspoon of lemon zest and 1 tablespoon of lemon juice. Beat again with a mixer.
Next, add softened butter, sour cream, 500 g of cottage cheese, mashed with a fork, and 5 g of baking powder. Mix thoroughly with a mixer for 2-3 minutes. Stir in the sliced tangerines with a spoon and pour the filling into the pan with the dough. Garnish with tangerine segments, pressing them lightly into the filling.
Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for approximately 50-60 minutes. Remove from the pan and let cool.
Dust the pie with powdered sugar.
