Tuna and Arugula Burgers



Ingredients
Tuna (steak) 230 g
Arugula 50 g
Tomato 200 g
Canned cucumber 40 g
Round bun 2 pcs
Honey 20 g
Dijon mustard 20 g
Red onion 1 pc
Olive oil 50 ml

Heat a frying pan over high heat. Pat the tuna fillets dry with a paper towel and fry until golden brown on each side, about 3 minutes. If your non-stick surface isn't very good, add a tablespoon of olive oil before frying. The tuna should still be pink in the center.

For each burger, prepare one tomato slice, a couple of onion rings, 2-3 pickle slices, and a small bunch of arugula. Mix honey and Dijon mustard in equal parts – the sauce is ready.

Slice the buns into two flat halves and toast them cut-side down in the same pan where you fried the tuna – about a minute over medium heat.

On the bottom half of the bun, place half a bunch of arugula, the tuna, sauce, cucumbers, the other half of arugula, an onion ring, and a slice of tomato. Top with the top half of the bun.
