Plum Pie



Ingredients
For the crust:
Flour 275 g
Butter 150 g
Icing sugar 50 g
Egg 1
Cinnamon 1 tsp

For the filling:
Plums 11
Icing sugar 100 g

For the topping:
Flour 50 g
Sugar 50 g
Butter 30 g
Walnuts 30 g

Mix the softened butter with the icing sugar, egg, and cinnamon. Gradually add the sifted flour. Knead the dough, wrap in plastic wrap, and refrigerate for 1 hour.

Remove the pits from the plums, puree the plums in a blender, and mix with the icing sugar.

For the topping, grind the flour, sugar, and butter until crumbly, then mix with the nuts. 

Preheat the oven to 180°C, roll out the dough, place it in the pan, top with plums, and sprinkle with crumbs. Bake the pie for about 35 minutes, then cool completely and cut into squares.
