Deviled Eggs with Ham and Cheese



Ingredients
Eggs 4
Ham 4 tbsp
Onion 1 1/2 tbsp
Mayonnaise 1 tbsp
Celery (root) 1 1/2 tbsp
Sour cream 1 tbsp
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
Cheese 3 tbsp
Dill 2 tbsp

Hard-boil the eggs, peel them, and cut them in half lengthwise. Chop the onion and celery and place them in a deep bowl.

Remove the yolks from the egg halves. Place the whites on a parchment-lined baking sheet, and add the yolks to the onion and celery.

Cut the ham into small cubes. Add the ham to the vegetables and egg yolks along with the mayonnaise and sour cream. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Mix well to distribute the ingredients evenly. Add the dill.

Fill the egg whites. Grate the cheese and sprinkle it over the filling. Place the baking sheet with the eggs in a preheated oven. Once the cheese has melted, remove from the oven.
