Mini Avocado and Salmon Sandwiches



Ingredients
Avocado 0.5 pcs
Lemon juice 2 tbsp
Salted salmon 40 g
Cream cheese 3 tbsp
Salt 1 pinch
Bread 3 slices

Slice the bread thinly and remove the crusts. The slices should be uniform. Mash the avocado with a fork until smooth, add lemon juice, and salt to taste. Carefully spread a thick layer on a slice of bread.

On the next slice of bread, spread a layer of cream cheese, then top the cheese with chopped fish (or sliced fish).

Place the bread with fish and cheese on top of the avocado. Spread a layer of cheese on the last slice of bread and cover the fish.

 Wrap the sandwich in plastic wrap and refrigerate for 20-30 minutes. Then cut into portions.
