Banana Rum Bread



Ingredients
Butter 113 g
Brown Sugar 150 g
Eggs 2
Vanilla 1 tsp
Banana 3
Cake Flour 125 g
Whole Wheat Flour 120 g
Soda 1 tsp
Baking Powder 1 tsp
Salt 1/2 tsp
Dark Rum 118 ml

Preheat oven to 180°C. Grease a loaf pan with butter.

In a bowl, combine the butter and sugar and beat until smooth. Beat in the eggs one at a time, beating after each addition. Add vanilla and mashed bananas, flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt. Finally, add the rum. Mix until smooth.

 Pour the batter into the prepared pan and bake for 55-65 minutes. Turn off the oven and let it cool for 10 minutes before removing it. Cool completely before serving.
