Light Apple Pie with Yogurt



Ingredients
Butter 60g
Flour 300g
Sugar 50g
Brown Sugar 230g
Eggs 2
Vanilla Extract 1/2 tsp
Salt 1 pinch
Baking Soda 1 tsp
Cinnamon 1.5 tsp
Yogurt 1 cup
Green Apples 2

Preheat oven to 180°C. Beat the butter with the sugar and vanilla using a mixer until creamy.

Add the cinnamon and salt. Stir with a wooden spoon. Add the sifted flour and baking soda. Stir with a wooden spoon.

Add the yogurt and mix until smooth. Peel the apples and cut into 1 cm cubes. Add them to the dough. Stir.

 Pour the batter into a greased pie pan. Sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar. Place in the oven on the bottom rack and bake for 40-60 minutes, or check with a toothpick for doneness. Serve with fresh sour cream, heavy cream, or yogurt.
