Ingredients
For the dough:
Flour 450 g
Butter 150 g
Sugar 200 g
Sour cream 150 g
Egg 1
Egg yolk 1
For the filling:
Banana 2
Egg 2
Sour cream 150 g
Flour 8 tbsp
Sugar 70 g
Mix the softened butter with sugar. Add the eggs (one whole and the yolk), sour cream, and flour (in that order). Knead the dough thoroughly with your hands. It should be elastic and not stick to your fingers. Add more flour if needed.
Place the dough in a pan and refrigerate while preparing the filling.
Mash the banana. Separate the yolks from the whites and add them to the banana mixture. Add the sour cream, sugar, and flour. Whisk the whites until stiff, then add them to the mixture and fold gently.
Assembly: Remove the pan with the dough from the refrigerator and pour the filling into it. Pour carefully to prevent the filling from sinking. Place the pan in the oven preheated to 180°C and bake for 50-60 minutes.
