Vegetable oil 150 ml

Mash the ripe bananas with a fork or blender.
Pour the vegetable oil into the banana puree and mix.
Sift the flour, add it to the mixture, add salt, sugar, and baking powder, knead thoroughly, and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
Roll out the dough and cut out oval-shaped cookies with ears using a cookie cutter or cookie cutter.
Place the cookies on a parchment-lined baking sheet, poke a few holes in each cookie with a toothpick, and bake in a preheated oven at 180-200°C for 15-25 minutes, being careful not to let them dry out or burn.
When the cookies have cooled, decorate them into monkey faces using fondant, chocolate, or icing (which can be colored with cocoa powder).
Let the cookies dry.
