Ingredients
Frozen vegetable mix 400 g
Chicken (breast) 1 pc
Chicken broth 8 tbsp
Flour 230 g
Milk 120 ml
Egg 1 pc
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
Thaw the frozen vegetable mix (you can, of course, chop fresh to taste) slightly and simmer with the chicken broth for about 7 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.
Chop the boiled chicken breast into small pieces and add to the vegetables. Stir well and transfer the mixture to a baking dish.
Quickly knead the flour, milk, and egg into a dough. Pour the dough over the vegetables and smooth it out.
Bake in the oven for 35-40 minutes at 180 degrees Celsius.
