Ingredients
Sausages 200 g
Water 75 g
Beer 75 g
Egg 1
Flour 4 tbsp
Salt 1 pinch
Olive oil 1 tbsp
Vegetable oil
In a small saucepan, combine the water, beer, a tablespoon of olive oil, and a pinch of salt. Bring to a boil and remove from heat.
Separate the egg yolk and white. Beat the white until fluffy. Add the yolk to the water and beer mixture and stir quickly and vigorously to prevent it from setting. Gradually whisk in 4 tbsp of flour.
Then add the beaten white. Fold the thinly sliced sausages into the batter and mix thoroughly. Drop the batter by the tablespoon into a frying pan heated with vegetable oil and fry the pancakes over medium heat until golden brown on both sides.
