Pancake Cake with Strawberries, Bananas, and Chocolate



Ingredients
For the dough:
Flour 3/4 cup
Sugar 1/2 cup
Salt 1/4 tsp
Eggs 2
Egg Yolk 1
Milk 1.25 cups
Vanilla 1 tsp
Butter 4 tbsp

For the filling:
Chocolate spread
Strawberries
Banana
Icing sugar

Mix the flour, sugar, and salt. Add the eggs and yolk and blend in a food processor. While continuing to blend, pour in the milk and vanilla. Blend until smooth and refrigerate for 15 minutes or overnight.

Fry the pancakes in a frying pan for 30 seconds on each side. You should get about 10 pancakes.

Preheat the broiler. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Place two crepes on the sheet. Spread with chocolate spread, top with some sliced strawberries and bananas.

Cover with a third crepe and spread with more spread, strawberries, and bananas. Repeat the process with the layers and filling. Place the baking sheet under the broiler to warm the cake. Dust with powdered sugar and serve.
