Ingredients
1/2 head cauliflower
1 carrot
2 eggs
1/4 cup flaxseed meal
1/4 cup sunflower seeds
1/4 cup walnuts
1/4 cup parsley
1 tsp lime juice
1/2 tsp salt
1 tbsp poppy seeds
1/4 tsp ground black pepper
1 tsp thyme
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp paprika
1/4 tsp ground red pepper
Separate the cauliflower into florets and place in a blender. Blend until coarsely chopped, then add the remaining finely chopped ingredients. Blend and mix. Heat olive oil in a frying pan and form small pancakes. Fry them on both sides until golden brown. Serve with a salad or fresh vegetables.
