Ingredients
Dry yeast 7 g
Flour 500 g
Marmalade 300 g
Salt 1 tsp
Sugar 2 tbsp
Egg 1
Milk 250 ml
Vegetable oil 6 tbsp
Knead the dough. In a large bowl, mix the egg, salt, sugar, yeast, and warm milk until smooth, then add the butter. Knead with 400 grams of flour, gradually adding the remaining flour. You may not need to use all of the 100 grams; once the dough starts to come away from your hands, stop mixing it in.
Now roll the dough into a ball, place it back on the plate, and wrap it in a plastic bag. Then wrap it in a large towel. Turn off the oven and return the dough to a warm oven for 25 minutes to rest.
Remove the dough, turn the oven back on to 180°C, and begin making the pie. Cut half the dough and press it into the bottom of a greased springform pan.
Roll the other half into a thin sheet. Take a glass and cut out circles. Cut each circle in half. Place a piece of marmalade in each half and roll it into a "dumpling."
Place these "dumplings" with marmalade on the dough in the pan until the pan is completely filled. Let the pie rise for about 5 minutes.
Place the pie in the oven and bake for about 30 minutes. Remove and brush with syrup (sugar mixed with a small amount of water).
Finally, you can decorate the pie with the remaining marmalade.
