Ingredients
Milk 200 ml
Eggs 2
Salt 1 pinch
Vegetable oil 3 tbsp
Flour 40 g
Sugar to taste
Whisk the eggs, add the flour, salt, and sugar, then add the milk. Mix thoroughly to avoid lumps. Lastly, add the vegetable oil.
Take a plastic bottle, remove the lid, and poke a hole in it (about 2-3 mm). Screw the lid back on – done! You're ready to bake.
It's best to use a non-stick frying pan. The pancakes are very delicate, with fairly thin edges, and it will be difficult to flip them in a regular frying pan. The batter contains oil, so no need to grease it.
