Ingredients
12 pancakes
5 peaches
1/2 cup sugar
2 tbsp breadcrumbs
2 tbsp starch
1 tbsp vegetable oil
Wash the peaches, pour boiling water over them, peel them, chop them, add the starch diluted with water, bring the puree to a boil, and let it cool.
Grease the bottom of the pan with butter, sprinkle with breadcrumbs, and place a pancake on top. Spread some of the peach puree on top, sprinkle with sugar, top with the next pancake, and so on. Top with the last pancake, sprinkle with sugar. Bake in the oven for 15 minutes.
Place the cake on a serving platter, drizzle with syrup, and serve garnished with peach slices.
