Puff Pastry Meat Pies



Ingredients
Puff pastry
2 onions
500 g ground beef
1 tsp cumin
1 tsp ground red pepper
1 tbsp paprika
1/2 cup raisins
1/2 cup olives
1 egg
1 egg yolk
2 tbsp milk
salt
pepper
herbs

Cook the ground meat by frying it with finely chopped onion and raisins, sprinkle with spices, and drizzle with olive oil. Cool to room temperature.

Roll out the dough and add the filling: ground meat, 2 olives, and a thin slice of boiled egg. Beat the egg and milk. Press the dough tightly to prevent the filling from leaking.

 Brush the pies with a mixture of egg and milk. Bake for 25-30 minutes at 175 degrees Celsius. Sprinkle with fresh parsley and green onions before serving.
