Ingredients
Mushrooms 250 g
Onion 1
Garlic 2 cloves
Dill 1 tsp
Salt 1 pinch
Egg 1
Flour 50 g
Vegetable oil
Heat 1-2 tablespoons of olive oil in a frying pan and fry the onion until golden brown. Add finely chopped garlic, salt, and dill. Finally, add the sliced mushrooms.
Cover the pan with a lid, reduce the heat, and simmer until the mushrooms release their juices. Then remove the lid and cook until the liquid has evaporated. Remove from heat and let cool for about 10 minutes.
Add the egg and stir. Pour in the flour and knead the dough.
In a frying pan, fry the small pancakes in olive oil on both sides until golden brown.
