Sugar 4 tbsp
Kefir 1.25 cups
Eggs 2 pcs
Baking powder 2 tsp
Baking soda 1/2 tsp
Salt 1 pinch
These pancakes are tender, fluffy, and porous. Their spongy texture allows them to easily absorb various syrups, honey, or other toppings you choose to eat them with. These pancakes are fried using a minimum of oil.
Sift the flour, baking soda, salt, and baking powder into a bowl. In another bowl, whisk the kefir with the eggs and sugar. Combine the two mixtures and knead into a dough. Fry in a greased frying pan. Flip the pancakes when bubbles appear on the surface and begin to pop. Serve the pancakes with syrup, sour cream, or jam.
