Ingredients
1 orange
40 ml sunflower oil
5 tbsp flour
5 tbsp sugar
500 g cottage cheese
1 egg
Add sugar, a pinch of salt, and an egg to the cottage cheese. Using a fine grater, grate the zest of one orange. Then squeeze in the juice from the orange. Add the orange juice to the cottage cheese, sugar, and egg. Then add the orange zest.
Sift the flour and add it to the remaining ingredients.
Mix the cheesecake dough thoroughly and beat with an immersion blender until it becomes fluffy.
Mold the dough into cheesecakes, coat them in flour, and fry in a small amount of refined sunflower oil. Serve with sour cream and orange marmalade.
