Ingredients
13 pancakes
200 g condensed milk
100 g milk
2 eggs
1/2 tsp sugar
1/2 tsp powdered sugar
15 g coconut crunch
Cook the condensed milk or use store-bought. Prepare the pie filling in advance. Beat the eggs with a fork, add granulated sugar and milk, and beat again. The filling is ready.
Bake the pancakes according to your favorite recipe and let cool slightly.
Spread a small amount of boiled condensed milk on each pancake, add coconut crunch, and roll the pancake into a tube. Fill and roll the remaining pancakes in the same way.
Place the pancakes tightly in a springform pan.
Pour the prepared filling over the cake and bake in a preheated oven at 180-200°C for 30-40 minutes.
Dust the warm cake with powdered sugar and cut into portions.
