Ingredients
for the pancakes:
1 cup flour
2 tbsp sugar
1 egg
1/4 cup vegetable oil
1 cup milk
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp vanilla
2 tbsp cocoa powder
For the cream:
1 egg
2 tbsp flour
3 tbsp sugar
1 cup milk
50 g butter
Cream: Mix the egg, sugar, and flour. You can also add vanilla. Pour in the milk (pour gradually to avoid lumps!)
Place on the stove and bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring constantly. The cream is ready to use, but to maintain its shape, add butter. Knead thoroughly.
For the pancakes: Beat the egg with sugar, vakilin, and salt until foamy. Add a glass of milk, beat well, then gradually add the flour mixed with cocoa, constantly breaking up any lumps with a mixer.
Pour in the vegetable oil (melted butter can be substituted).
Dissolve the baking soda, add it to the dough, and mix well again. Let it sit for 5-10 minutes. Meanwhile, heat the pancake pan.
Fry without oil over medium heat. As soon as bubbles appear and begin to pop, flip the pancake and fry for another 20 seconds. Stack the pancakes to keep the bottom pancakes warm. Spread the custard on the pancakes and let them sit for 10 minutes.
