Ingredients
Potatoes 1000 g
Gorgonzola cheese 200 g
Butter 100 g
Salt to taste
Peel, wash, and thinly slice the potatoes. Preheat oven to 180°C.
Melt the butter in a frying pan over medium heat and add the sliced potatoes. Fry the potatoes for 20 minutes, turning occasionally. Then remove the pan from the heat.
Cut the Gorgonzola into small cubes.
Spread a layer of potatoes evenly in a baking dish and season with salt. Top with cheese cubes, then another layer of potatoes, season with a little salt. Repeat, finishing with a layer of cheese.
Place the pan with the potatoes in the oven and bake for 15 minutes until golden brown. Remove the pan from the oven, divide the hot potatoes among plates, and serve immediately.
