Ingredients
Green beans 300 g
Bell pepper 2
Lime 1
Parsley 0.5 bunch
Paprika 2 tsp
Sunflower oil 2 tbsp
Salt 1 pinch
No need to defrost the beans for this dish. It's best to use yellow or red peppers (this only affects the color of the garnish).
Wash the peppers, remove the seeds, and cut into strips. Wash the lime thoroughly, then remove the zest.
Wash, dry, and finely chop a small bunch of parsley. Heat 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil in a frying pan, then add the beans, pepper, 2 teaspoons of sweet paprika, lime zest, and the juice of half a lime. Cook, stirring, for 5-7 minutes.
Then add the parsley and salt to taste. Cook for another 1-2 minutes.
Remove from the heat, cool slightly, and serve as a side dish with meat or as a main course.
