Potatoes 10
Boiled Sausage 250g
Onions 2
Garlic 3 cloves
Flour 2 tbsp
Salt to taste
Wash, peel, and finely dice the onion and garlic. Cut the sausage into strips (or any other shape you can use, as long as it's small enough). Wash, peel, and grate the potatoes or grind them finely.
Add the garlic, flour, sausage, and onion to the potatoes, and season with salt and pepper to taste. Mix thoroughly.
Fry the pancakes in hot oil until golden brown, then bake in the oven until fully cooked.
Serve the potato pancakes hot, garnished with herbs and sour cream sauce (you can substitute mayonnaise or any other store-bought sauce for the sour cream if desired).
