Ingredients
Ham 150 g
Eggs 4
Tomatoes 4
Bell peppers 2
Olives 45 g
Lettuce
Olive oil 4 tbsp
Wine vinegar 1 tbsp
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
Cut the ham into thin strips. Boil the eggs, peel, and quarter them. Slice the tomatoes. Cut the peppers into strips.
For the dressing, mix the vegetable oil and wine vinegar. Arrange the lettuce leaves on a plate, then add the tomatoes, eggs, bell peppers, ham, and olives. Season lightly with salt and pepper and drizzle with the dressing. The salad is ready.
