Fruit and Vegetable Salad with Turkey



Ingredients
Turkey (fillet) 200 g
Radish 60 g
Black grapes 100 g
Potatoes 3
Apples 2
Green onions 1 bunch
Vegetable oil
Mayonnaise 2 tbsp
Salt
Pepper
Sesame seeds 3 tsp

Boil the washed potatoes with the skins and let cool. Then peel and cut into small cubes.

Wash and dry the turkey, then cut in half lengthwise. Sprinkle with salt and pepper on all sides and fry in vegetable oil until done. After the turkey has cooled, cut into thin slices crosswise.

Cut the apples into cubes and the radishes into wedges. Cut the grapes in half.

 Place all ingredients in a deep bowl and mix, adding salt and pepper. Season with mayonnaise, mix again, and arrange on serving plates.

Garnish with turkey slices and sprinkle with toasted sesame seeds and green onions.

Almonds, cashews, hazelnuts, or other nuts can be used instead of sesame seeds.
