Ingredients
1 lightly salted herring
1/2 onion
1 carrot
1 beetroot
1 potato
2 tbsp olive oil
3 tbsp sour cream
Remove the herring and cut into small cubes. Boil and peel the potatoes, carrots, and beets. Finely dice the onion, potato, and carrot. Grate the beets.
Lay the onion, herring, carrot, potato, and beetroot in layers on the bottom of a plate. Drizzle with olive oil. Top with sour cream. Refrigerate.
