Ingredients
Broccoli 200 g
Salmon 300 g
Chinese cabbage 1
Cherry tomato 8
Lemon 1
Honey 2 tbsp
Mustard 1 tbsp
6% vinegar 1 tsp
Vegetable oil
Salt
Wash the broccoli and separate into florets. Cook them in boiling salted water until soft, remove and cool.
Wash the Chinese cabbage and finely shred. Place the cabbage in a bowl, season with salt, drizzle with vinegar, and mash with your hands. Cut the cherry tomatoes in half.
Cut the salmon fillet into pieces and fry in hot vegetable oil. Season with salt to taste. Heat the honey in a clean, dry frying pan, then add the lemon juice and mustard. Mix until smooth and heat through.
Place the broccoli, Chinese cabbage, tomatoes, and salmon pieces in a salad bowl and drizzle with the honey dressing.
