Ingredients
Chicken (breast) 2
Caesar dressing 1/2 cup
Whole grain bread 2 slices
Olive oil 2 tbsp
Garlic salt 1 tsp
Romaine lettuce 2 heads
Parmesan cheese 1/4 cup
Pinch of salt
Pinch of pepper
Place the chicken pieces in a small bowl. Pour in ¼ cup of the dressing, toss, cover, and marinate for at least an hour.
Place the bread cubes on a baking sheet, drizzle with olive oil, and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Toss and toast in the oven for 10 minutes. Cool before serving.

Spray the grill with olive oil, thread the marinated chicken onto wooden skewers, and grill on all sides (about 10 minutes).

Arrange the washed lettuce leaves on a platter. Place the chicken skewers on the grill, top with croutons, and sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese. Season with salt and pepper.
