Ingredients
200 g cheese
100 g mushrooms
2 bell peppers
2 apples
2 tangerines
1 tsp vegetable oil
For the sauce:
200 g natural yogurt
1 tsp mustard
3 tsp honey
1 lemon
Cut the small mushrooms in half, simmer in a small amount of vegetable oil until tender, and cool. Peel the apples and dice them. Dice the hard cheese. Peel the peppers and cut them into half rings. Peel the tangerines and separate them into wedges. Mix the salad. Prepare the sauce. Gently mix all the ingredients and dress the salad with the sauce.
